ISEA2022 Barcelona authors with an accepted contribution must register in the full registration mode (general or independent artist) as a requirement for their contribution to be finally included in the program. In the event that an accepted contribution has several authors, only one of them must register in full mode in order to be included in the proceedings.Student: defined as an undergraduate or graduate student. Evidence of enrollment must be provided.
Independent artist: We consider an independent artist to be one who does not have any type of link or contract with any university, research center, artistic creation center, public or private institution dedicated to these issues.One-Day Pass will give access to the event for one day, to choose between Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th or Wednesday 15th of June.

- Attendance to all sessions of 2nd Summit on New Media Art Archiving (MACBA, 10th and 11th June)

*Subject to capacity. It is compulsory to register for the Opening Ceremony.
One Day Registration
- Choose between 13th, 14th or 15th of June
- Attendance to all sessions of CCCB, MACBA & Santa Mònica during that day

Summit Registration Pass
- Attendance to all sessions of MACBA
- Meeting documentation
Summit Registration Day Pass
- Choose between 10 or 11 June

- Attendance to all the Summit sessions via zoom link

Conditions
- All registrants will be invoiced in Euros.
- Online registration will close on June 8th. After June 8th, all registrations will be handled on site.
Payment/invoice
Payment of registration fees (in Euro) can be done via the online registration process by the following methods:
By Credit Card:

By Bank Transfer:
Available until June 20th 2022.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please fill out the “Online Registration Form payment by bank transfer” first, and you will receive a confirmation with bank details information in order to make the bank transfer. Please kindly send an email to [email protected] with an attached copy of your bank transfer within 10 working days. In order to identify your payment, please ensure that the reference “Registration ISEA 2022” and participant’s name and last name are stated on the bank transfer.
Bank charges are responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.This option only will be available until June 8th, 2022.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be emailed prior to the below deadlines:
- Cancellations received up to and including April 1st, 2022 – 50% refund.
- Cancellations received after April 1st, 2022 – no refund.
- However, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your organization if sent before 26th May.

The colleague who will attend the event in your place should contact with the registration secretariat [email protected] in order to get instructions about how to proceed.
Personal Insurance
The meeting organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

Check to see whether or not your chosen company specifically covers expenses arising from COVID-19 related issues.Make sure that your policy includes cover for surgical, medical, and hospital care in case of COVID-19, plus the cost of any necessary medication, as well the geographical areas covered, and the coverage limit.
